Payroll and Hiring Contact List

Prior to hiring anyone to perform work for SOM (non-Yale affiliated individuals including summer employees, suppliers, etc) please consult this employment HR guide to determine the appropriate contact. Casual/Temporary employees (including suppliers) should not be engaged to perform work until they have been reviewed and approved by SOM HR.  If you have questions please contact Diane Temple Managing Director Human Resources (432-6961) or Jean Page Associate Director Human Resources (436-4889). The University has stringent hiring rules and the guidelines below are provided to ensure compliance with University policy.

Definition (employment status): All full-time & part-time faculty (includes visiting faculty and post-doctoral)
