• The loading dock must be used for all event deliveries to Evans Hall. No deliveries are permitted through the traffic circle in front of the building. Clients are required to notify the SOM Events Office of any expected deliveries. Deliveries cannot be supported on Sundays.

  • For catering drop off orders, all deliveries should be made to the loading dock. SOM Facilities has carts available for transporting materials and they can be found at the dock.


  • Storage is very limited at Evans Hall. Items for an event can be held no longer than one week. The amount that can be stored will be determined by the SOM Events Office but is normally limited to no more than a few boxes.
