3. Candidate Selection and Offer |

Notify all unsuccessful applicants that reached the interview stage by e-mail or phone. Notification by phone recommended for unsuccessful SOM internal candidates. When all internal/interviewed candidates have been notified, the remaining applicants will receive an automated notification from STARS. The SOM communication is sent in advance of the STARS notification. | Manager |
