The Yale Student Developer and Mentorship Program has attendance software for taking attendance at meetings or events on campus
Features
- Program that allows users to have their guests log into an application to keep track of attendance.
Colored lights indicate when the device is ready for the next swipe
- Electronic recording of attendees at an event including first name, last name, UPI, NetID, and swipe-in time.
- Downloadable spreadsheet of attendees at the end of the event
- NOTE: CardSwipr does not perform check-in against a pre-determined guest list. CardSwipr only takes attendance.

Who can use it?
The Service is available to the Yale Community for events attendance.
Pre-requisites:
- You will need to obtain a CardSwipr device from SOM IT.
- You must be on campus and logged into YaleSecure wireless.
