Instructions for approving rooms in EMS Web for those who have access to approve special room reservations

Step-by-step guide
Open up the EMS Web application
In the left menu click APPROVALS
A list of the rooms that you have the ability to manage approvals in should appear
Clicking on the event will provide the details of the request. If there are multiple request they will appear on the left side of the screen.
Any field which has a pencil next to it allows for Edits if needed.
If the user defined fields (UDF) prompted any questions to the requestor, the answers to those questions will be on the request as well at the bottom.
On the top right of the screen you will see the booking information requested, if there were multiple room requests for example you would see the information there.
You can click on the next to the booking for the detailed information about the request
In the top right of the screen while reviewing a request, there are action buttons for the event request
Approve will accept the event, mark it as approved and send the Confirmation notification to the Everyday User who requested it along with the 1st Contact. While not obviously marked DENY or REJECT, the Cancel button rejects the request and a denial notification will go to the Everyday User who requested it along with the 1st Contact.
After clicking approve a temporary/transient notification box in green will appear acknowledging your Approved booking
The Approved request will be removed from the list because it has been acted upon and the next event request will be displayed for action. Continue approving or cancelling events until your list is cleared out.
Room approvers who use the web receive eMail notifications as configured by the system when pending requests are awaiting disposition.
