  1. The SOM Events Office can provide sign stanchions for events . As of November 27, 2023, all groups requesting signs should send the following information to the SOM Events team will will print and put up SOM branded signage. Approval for custom designed signs will be granted on a case by case basis.and hosting groups are responsible for the creating and printing of their own signs. They should be 11x17 and include the following information: 
    1. Event Title 
    2. Event Date and Time 
    3. Event Location 
    4. Optional: Department or Center logo 
    5. Optional: (1) Speaker Photo
  2. Clients are not permitted to display signage for an event around the building without approval from the SOM Events Office.
  3. Signs are to be used for events ONLY. Advertising in not permitted in Sign Stanchions.
  4. No signage is permitted to be fixed to glass or walls.
  5. Groups may be limited to the amount of signage they can display based on availability of stanchions and other activities in the building. The SOM Events Office will review each request for sign stanchions on a case-by-case basis. 
  6. Advanced event advertising is allowed on bulletin boards only.
