Summary

We understand that sometimes a scheduled event will be popular, and in order to allow more of our constituents the ability to view an event, we can support planned overflow to a number of set locations.

Who can use it?

Anyone who is part of the SOM community or an SOM affiliate and planning an event or conference at our facilities.

How much does it cost?

This service is available at no charge to the Yale School of Management community during regular business hours Monday - Friday from 8am- 5pm.

How do I get it?

A request can be generated through your room booking in the Event Management System (EMS).
