Summary
The SOM Research Committee governs the data brought into the SOM environment to ensure it is beneficial to the entire SOM community if appropriate. SOM IT participates in the Research Committee acting as an adviser and as the liaison to the data providers as a steward of the data to ensure it is accessible.

Who can use it?
The Research Committee was formed as a data governance body by SOM IT.
How much does it cost?
There is no charge to submit a request to The Research Committee. The Committee will determine if any part, or all of the data subscription will be covered by the central budget for research data.
