What happens to my FactSet account if I get a new computer?

If you get a new computer, you can install factset and type in your ID.
SOM will send a one-time passkey to your email address on file to verify the account – there’s no need to “un-register”.
Note: you cannot switch back-and-forth between computers because they will be locked out if they switch too many times in one month. If you want to use a second computer, they should install on the main computer they will be using, and then use FactSet Connect web access on the second computer.
