The SOM Information Technology Services department provides a variety of computing resources to the SOM Community. The Service Desk (previously known as the SOM IT Help Desk) can assist you in ordering and setup of your mobile device and also provides support for planning International Travel.
| International Service Setup | All Yale carrier devices are equipped with the International Day Pass. The pass provides unlimited talk, text, and data with no additional charges. The International Day Pass is intended for basic usage while traveling abroad. It is not intended for long-term extended use due to data restrictions and usage patterns. |

| Desk Phones for Faculty and Staff | Faculty and Staff at Evans Hall have voice over internet protocol (VOIP) desk phones. These phones allow you to unplug your phone and move it to another location while keeping your same phone number. Take your VOIP phone with you to another room, and anywhere you connect it to the Internet, you can receive your incoming calls. |
